Cheers for St. Jude

Ms. Dillard's 7th grade advisory decided to support St. Jude's Research Hospital for their community buddies project last month. These students created holiday cards for the patients to bring them some holiday cheer and let them know they care! Community buddies are assigned to a different grade level each month, with the assigned grade meeting once a week to work on a project of their choosing where they can REACH OUT to their community.

Thank you for Supporting Highline!

Thanks to the generosity of our community, we raised $7,400 for CO Gives Day! Our goal this year was to raise $12,000 to support our programs. If you would like to help us meet this goal with a tax-deductible gift for your end of year giving, you can do so here. We thank you for supporting our mission and students!

Save the Date!

You won't want to miss these upcoming events. With drinks, food, music, and a welcoming community, you will have a fun night while supporting our cause.

  • Highline Northeast Party Gras: February 29th @7pm
  • Highline Southeast Auction: March 14 @7pm
  • Highline Board Event at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science: April 19th @6pm

Winter Concerts!

Students at both campuses participated in our annual tradition of Winter Concert performances. Students work on their vocal projection, pitch, stage presence, and more while having fun singing holiday songs! Music teachers Mr. Roberts and Ms. Rowell worked tirelessly to make the nights memorable for all. Thank you for coming out to see them in action and to enjoy the festivities!

Recognized for REACHing

4th and 5th graders at our Northeast campus were honored at the 12th Annual Arches of Hope Bicycle Give-a-Way. These students were recognized for their commitment to the REACH values with a catered lunch and a celebration ceremony. They received a new bike to support an active lifestyle courtesy of the ASFAW Family Foundation.

Strategic Planning Update!

Many thanks to all of you who participated in our Vision Nights, surveys, and interviews so we could hear from you for the development of our strategic plan. We are answering 3 questions to guide the direction of our school:

  1. How do we define success?
  2. How should we live out our mission?
  3. Where do we want to be in 5-10 years?

There is still time to let your voice be heard before we present our future goals! If you have not yet taken your campus survey, you may do so before January 10th.
